please ensure names and addresses input at checkout are accurate and up-to-date. unsuccessful deliveries due to incomplete or wrong address will be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.

once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to be liable for any damages or misplacement/theft in the hands of third-party courier providers.

as each piece is made by hand, we do not typically accept returns nor exchanges. in the case of a misshipment (i.e. wrong or missing item) please contact us at hello@bymidtones.com so we can make things right.

in such cases, we will require you to produce the original receipt and where applicable, item(s) to be replaced, in their original packaging.

orders returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.
